Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at Bridal Veil Lakes, located 35 minutes east of Portland, Oregon.

How do we get there? Will there be parking?

We've arranged for a shuttle to transport guests from the Kex Hotel to Bridal Veil Lakes and back. If you'd like to take advantage of this service, please indicate on your RSVP whether you plan to ride the shuttle.

The shuttle will arrive at the Kex Hotel at 2:45 PM and will pick up from Bridal Veil Lakes at 11:00 PM.

There is plenty of parking available at the venue's entrance for those who are driving, but we kindly encourage carpooling as it is a single-car access unpaved road.

When should we RSVP?

Please RSVP by June 2, 2025. If you’d like to RSVP early, that’s great—just be sure your response is your final decision by the deadline. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

We can't wait to celebrate together! Our wedding will be semi-formal, so feel free to wear cocktail attire. Suits, dress slacks, a jacket, or cocktail dresses are perfect. Keep in mind that Bridal Veil Lakes is a grassy outdoor venue and appropriate footwear is recommended.

What time should we arrive to the main event?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow you plenty of time to park, grab a drink, and find a seat!

What style of dinner service can we expect?

We’re excited to share a family-style, coursed meal with you! Large platters of food will be served to each table, and guests can pass them around and help themselves.

We chose to serve a family-style dinner because it's one of our favorite ways to enjoy a meal —it feels warm, interactive, and creates a sense of connection. It’s a perfect way to celebrate our special day with all of you!

The menu will include both vegetarian and gluten-free options to ensure everyone can enjoy the celebration!
